President Trump vowed to build his promised wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, even if it means first shutting down the government. It was the president's clearest statement to date he would not sign any spending bill to keep federal agencies open past Sept. 30 that does not include wall funding.
What was noted in this from Haaretz in Israel was striking. No one escaped the President's attack yesterday--including Congress and the Media and the two sitting United States Senators from Arizona. He also conveniently glossed over his own comments during his press conference in the aftermath of the statements he made--and as he again touted his achievements.
